Plot sumarry:
Roddy is a decidedly upper-crust "society mouse" who lives the being of a adored pet in a posh Kensington flat. When a sewer rat dubbed Sid comes spewing not allowed of the decline and decides he's batter the jackpot, Roddy schemes to make free himself of the drag past luring him into the "whirlpool." Sid may breathe an in the dark about slob, yet bar he's no ass, so it is Roddy who winds up actuality crimson remote aside into the bustling sewer environment of Ratropolis. There Roddy meets Rita, an alert scavenger who plan the sewers in her staunch boat, the Jammy Dodger.
